Why offer Real Assist to your employees?
Balancing work, family, and personal life means a delicate juggling act for many people. Decisions about real estate, home ownership and financial decisions can add stress to already busy lives - and can be a distraction from work. Real Assist provides convenient resources, information and hands-on help to help your employees more easily address real estate related decisions. Our goal is to focus on your employees' needs so that they can focus on work.
Are Employees required or pressured to use our services?
Absolutely not. WE are available as a free resource to all of your employees, even those that are working with another real estate professional in another capacity. We do hope to earn the confidence and trust of your employees should they consider us when they need the sercives of a real estate professional, but they are by no means obligated to work with Real Assist Realtors at any point in the future. We make this very clear in all the literature we provide to employees about our services - we truly want to earn their business.
How are employees enrolled in Real Assist?
After receiving your approval, we will schedule a short meeting to explain the coverage and help employees enroll. We will provide them with a basic package of information and business cards as references.
How do employees learn more about Real assist?
The initial packet of information we provide employees outlines our basic services and provides employees our contact information. Next, we wil coordinate with you to provide ongoing information that wil keep employees fully aware or the benefits available to them. We can communicate with regular e-mail updates, mailings, articles in a company newsletter - whatever methods of communication best suit your organization.
How do employees access Real Assist?
Employees can access Real Assist by a phone call to a central number, by e-mail or by visiting our new website (click here for more contact information). If a message is left on the Real Assist phone between 7 am and 9 pm, it will be returned within 3 hours, or the next buisness day if after hours.
How will Real Assist benefit employees who aren't selling or buying a house?
Our services are valuable not just to employees who have immediate plans to buy or sell real estate, but to home owners, renters and employees relocating to our area.
